In this article, we briefly mention how to make a PVC frame and how to frame a carpet:

Step 1: Cutting the profile of PVC frame by a guillotine cutting machine

Step 2: Sewing the parts of the frame with a V-shaped stapler machine

Step 3: Adding the internal frame as well as corners’ supporting boards by an air stapler (finalizing the frame)

Step 4: Sewing the carpet to frame by an air stapler

Step 5: Attaching a piece of wire as a hanger by an air stapler

Step 6: Combing and folding the fringes and fixing them using wide scotch tape to the back of the frame (finalaizing the framed pictorial carpet)
