Sample of product:

Providing samples is charged at the same producer prices, but after the first main order, its cost will be deducted from the invoice. Therefore, it will be free for our customers.

Customization of product:

– Design: Based on the available designs at OPALDECO as well as buyer’s requested designs (Proposed pictures must be of acceptable quality and resolution).

– Size: From 35 *35 cm to 150 * 250 cm.

Min. order: 100 pieces (Min. order of each size: 20 pcs/ Min. order of each design: 5 pcs)

Lead time:

Terms of payment:

Advance Payment (50% cash in advance, balance against BL draft (Before loading)).

Currency: USD

Payment methods:

•For less than 5,000 USD, through PayPal;

•For 5,000 USD and more through T/T;

Note: The money transfer fee is borne by the buyer (The net value of the invoice must be transferred to the supplier’s account).

Terms of delivery :

FCA IKA Airport or CPT Destination Airport Incoterms 2020 (Only through Air Freight)

Contract conclusion:

For orders over 5,000 USD.

Inspection:

According to the buyer’s request and expense.

Important notice: Because of the manufacturing process, a two percent tolerance in product dimensions and a little bit difference in coloring and brightness of the products from part to part orders of a same design are normal issues in this industry.
